Tony's grove

We went up the canyon to a place called Tony's grove. It was so pretty up there. 

I just think this is such a great picture. It's too bad that Dave missed the generation of men that never had to change diapers.  He is such a great guy to help me out occasionally.

We were standing by the picnic area and from the middle of no where a huge moose comes running by. I chased after it to get a picture and the whole time Dave was worried that I was going to get trampled.

Growing up

Dave has so much fun with his boys. He is such a good dad and frequently becomes a human jungle gym.

Kian is growing up so fast. I have had some requests for more pics of Kian so here you go. 

Anyone who has seen Jaden interact with Kian knows that he loves to give him kisses...alot...
This Bumbo thing is so cool. I can't believe that he is old enough to sit in it already.

Jaden wants to be everywhere that Kian is. He frequently will join Kian in tummy time.

Summer Fun cont.

This kid is so smart! He must get it from his mother.  He wont eat a popsicle without a towel or something to keep his hands from getting cold.

After living in Ut for a year grandpa finally came to visit. I just have to give him a hard time.

We went to the Gateway Mall to let Jaden play in the water, but honestly I think Dave ended up having more fun.

Summer Fun

Jaden thinks he is so cool in his truck. He drives in circles around the house over and over until the batteries run out.

We had a fun 4th of July this year. Especially because I was no longer pregnant. Days later Jaden was still telling me that we were gonna see more fireworks tomorrow.
Grandma came to visit.
Jaden got to play with his cousins from Delta. He has so much fun playing with the neighbor kids too.
Fun with the firefighters. We expected Jaden to want to play in the water for hours, but to our surprise he was afraid of the water and the last thing he wanted to do was get wet. 

Kian Tanner

Well I suppose it is time to add Kian to our blog. Kian Tanner Knight was born on June 3, 2008 and weighed in at 6lbs 4 oz. It didn't take long for him to pack on the pounds though. The doctor subtly suggested that he was definitely getting plenty to eat. We were so surprised to see all of this dark brown hair. We just assumed all of our kids would be blondies like Jaden.I was only in labor for 5 hrs after my water broke at my Dr.'s appt. Kian is such a good baby! Thank the heavens for that. Jaden loves him sooo much too. We are so glad that he is finally here. I LOVE having two boys.

Truck obsession

Anyone who knows Jaden can agree that he is totally obsessed with trucks. That is all he really wants to play with. Someone asked me one day if he had OCD. I laughed and told them no, but now I am starting to wonder.

I came in the room and found that he had lined all of his cars and trucks up all facing the same way. No biggy, right? Until...
I came around the corner a day later and found them lined up by category  on the stairs. And then...
The next day they had all made it up the stairs and if you look really close you can see that they are all tipped on their side because they are SLEEPING. -Jaden tells me.
And occasionally he thinks it is funny to decorate his trucks with bread dough or play dough. So much fun!
